This box set is a must have for anyone that is a fan of Peter Gabriel-era Genesis. The original album mix was remastered at Abbey Road Studios using the 1974 analog tapes. A Blu-ray audio disc includes the remastered 96kHz/24-bit high-resolution audio and Dolby Atmos mixes of the studio album done by Bob Mackenzie at Real World Studios under the supervision of Peter Gabriel and Tony Banks. A remastered version of the entire January 24, 1975 concert at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, CA is magnificent. And three never-before-released demos from the Hadley Grange Session are included as part of a digital download card with the full audio from the set. A 60-page book with liner notes by The Guardian’s music critic Alexis Petridis for which he spoke with all five members of the band – Gabriel, Banks, Mike Rutherford, Steve Hackett and Phil Collins – is an important part of the collection as it provides numerous details about what the recording sessions for the album were like. The book also features photos by photographers including Armando Gallo and Richard Haines. A replica of the 1975 tour program, a replica ticket and a poster are also included.
